Create and maintain all global customer order spreadsheets while constantly updating account status of delivery, shortages, price changes, subs, fabric, color issues, etc. each season
? Enforce compliance with all factories ensuring account requirements as far as special testing, packing, tagging, and shipping are followed
? Seasonally create reports for corporate approvals on all global styles/colors offered and bought in line
? Consult with sales, sourcing, and oversea offices daily to discuss and resolve any issues delaying customer orders and
production
? Communicate all delivery extensions with the customer and advise overseas offices how to proceed
? Maintain constant contact with the import team to make sure all invoices and shipping documents are answered in a timely
manner by the customer and review if there are any errors or issues
