helped the respective stakeholders to centralize the common business process.

business needs and prioritize them based on business value. Also helped in transitioning the business stakeholders and development team.
•   Provided business analysis for requirements and helped in development life cycle of those
requirements.
•   Proposed solutions and successfully implemented complexity reduction and UI redesign
project to make web applications used by merchandisers look more user friendly and robust.

•   Keeping security and performance in mind, successfully implemented upgrade projects like
WebLogic upgrade, Database upgrade.
•   Performance Analysis and solution design to improve the performance problems and also to re-engineer the complex architecture of traditional applications.
