Portland Program Coordinator

I managed the daily operations for Portland’s busiest ski shop, supervised a team of approximately twenty ski technicians, trained staff in technical skills, gave written and verbal feedback, and maintained a 3,000 article physical and digital inventory. I  was responsible for ensuring quick deadlines, high quality service, and communicating any issues with customers.  Additionally I organized and taught public clinics on ski and board home maintenance. 

Rental and Tuneshop Team Lead

Before getting promoted to Team Lead, I worked a variety of roles in outdoor retail in the apparel, camp, ski, and snowboard depts. I appraised and priced used gear, merchandised product, ran a register and POS software, provided customer service in store and by phone, and transferred product to be restocked. I also wrote and created informative content for the store’s blog.


Sales Associate, Buyer, Ski Technician

Worked Summer 2016, Spring 2017. I had two separate internships with PICA. As a Public Relations intern in 2016, I performed various administrative tasks such as reorganizing social media and donor lists through SalesForce, and assisting with in-house communication. As a Development intern in 2017 , I wrote newsletters, event write-ups and promotional materials, and helped plan and staff fundraisers.

Public Relations Intern / Development Intern

As a Teen Program Lead, I helped facilitate a month long counselor-in-training leadership program. I supervised teenagers in their CIT role, ran group discussions,  gave formal and informal feedback, planned workshops focused on growing communication and leadership skills, and was overall responsible for their emotional and physical well-being. Prior, I worked at Camp Tawonga as a Counselor.
