• Allocated product to stores by vendor, lifestyle, color and size to maximize selling and profitability.
• Partnered with regional merchandisers to deliver a great selection and quality product for customers.
• Supported 29 stores and department managers to execute merchandising, develop communication, coach
sales staff and increase sales.
• Helped mentor and coach managers to assume larger volume departments, and eventually, regional positions.
• Traveled two weeks per month to branch stores and implement and execute merchandising strategies
envisioned by the buying team and vendor partners.  Wrote purchase orders for 29 Nordstrom locations.
