I started off my career in the action sports industry with 5 years of experience in retail as a manager, buyer, and merchandiser. Then I moved onto in-house sales for 3 years and handled key accounts, distributors, and core accounts.  After that I pursued my passion for fashion and became an apparel product developer and I have been in that position for the last 6 years. 

Mens

Juniors/Girls

Decals
-Review styles with designers for corrections
-Send out style guide and delivery dates to vendors
-Negotiate/review costing
-Review proofs

Duties
-Communicate/review with designers for technical design and correction.
-Create a Tech Pack in Excel: Style Info, Embellishments, Fit Approval, Grade Rule, Construction Sketches, Trims, Colorway Details, Packaging Details, Proto Comments, Photo Comments, SMS Comments
-Communicate with vendors by sending out Tech Pack, Style Guide, Target Costing/ Wholesale, and Vendor Guidelines with delivery dates
-Communicate/review strike offs, fabric swatches, trims, and lab dips with designers and vendors
- Communicate/review proto, photo sample, SMS, PPS, and TOP (if necessary) with designers and vendors
-Technical Design: Spec out garments/ hats for fit and construction
-Fill out a Line List per brand/season with details: style number, costing, tariff, material, COO, tooling fees, set up fees, and more.
-Submit PO request for SMS
-Set up SMS room layout, receive SMS, pick and pack SMS

Apparel Developer

-Hotel accommodations, flights, meals, entertainment, and transportation
-Preparing rep binders, literature, showroom, samples, break time meals

Sales Meeting Coordinator

-Process all CCS, Vans, Zumiez, Skate Warehouse and Tilly's orders with apparel, production, purchasing,	and shipping
-Process all US Distributor's orders that purchase Graphic Mob of their brands
-Process all US Distributor's orders who purchase components for completes
-Create and maintain all order forms for prebooks
-Update sale's territory monthly and prebook goals along with call log to customers
-Coordinate all department reports, territory and account report cards
-Coordinate weekly production meetings with Purchasing and communicate product ETA with reps
-Maintain NHS showroom, keep product current, clean and organized
-Coordinate all mailers for catalogs, how many to bring into inventory, and provide mailing house a list of	current and prospecting account

Sales Representative Administration

Appropriately schedule and manage tradeshow projects to meet deadlines
-Plan and coordinate travel, lodging, booth, show services and registration
-Booth/Samples/POP preparation, installment, and breakdown
-Organize and direct appointments for accounts
-Evaluate tradeshow booth efficiencies, continually work with vendors and service providers for better pricing
-Post-show analysis of each tradeshow's ROI, including numbers of accounts seen and revenues

Tradeshow Coordinator

-Managed accounts from the East Coast to the Midwest
-Worked along side with 3 road reps in AO and Prebooking orders

Inside Sales Representative

- Head buyer for men's apparel, accessories, shoes, skate hardgoods, and surf hardgoods
- Attend ASR, Agenda, and Cross Roads
- Met with individual representatives from various companies
- Took note of and placed orders
- Planned & executed skate contest

Hardgoods/Softgoods Buyer
