Sierra Oberacker

Through my time at Chapman University, I have been able to cultivate and develop my communication and teamwork skills through my leadership roles as well as gain experiences that have helped me to grow as a curious and inquisitive learner.

Boardriders gave me the opportunity to explore my role in a much larger company. I was able to aid in many different roles and departments and gain experiences to shape my interests and skills. My position in Alpha Gamma Delta allowed me to be a hands on and responsible leader while being able to communicate directly and clearly with my sorority sisters. Lastly, A Million Thanks gave me a personal experience where I was taught, given creative freedom, and provided the ability to learn through many hands on experiences.

In the future, I am hoping to have a role that allows me to further grow in my abilities and offers me the chance to explore my passions even further.
