- Spearheaded efforts aligned with customer and company requirements to introduce 6 products to market, while simultaneously providing support on numerous other projects and operational tasks
- Led the campaign and design efforts for Glock Aftermarket Line
- Confirmed receipt of product into warehouse and conducted quality control testing on 20% of products, using tolerance measurements and part installation procedures to verify proper fit and function
- Attended weekly product and status update meetings; tracked progress to remain on schedule and within scheduling/financial constraints, and communicated changes as necessary 
- Presented design proposals and recommendations for materials/construction techniques 
- Built and maintained working relationships with both domestic and international vendors and manufacturers
- Coordinated with multi-disciplinary teams across the business (e.g. Engineering, Marketing, and Merchandising) to ensure the impact and efficiency of processes, while identifying new ways to create value to the business
- Provided technical support and managed product catalogs, apparel, and miscellaneous merchandise 
- Managed company’s social media presence 


Product Design Engineer

- Collaborated directly with design teams across the organization to conceptualize new ideas, develop design proposals, and contribute to presentations for both internal teams and customers
- Created the original concept designs and production layout for the Ultra Range Pro 2, a shoe specifically designed to enhance comfort and increase durability of the skate line
- Attended daily/weekly product and status update meetings
- Participated in design review sessions, assisting with documentation/change management for designs that did not meet requirements or determined unfit for the Skate Division and/or brand 
- Built and maintained working relationships with both domestic and international manufacturers
- Coordinated consumer/product research, emphasizing current trends, color schemes, material studies, concept sketching/development, ensuring new ideas was a fit for the Vans ethos
- Performed quality control tasks associated with international shipments, ensuring products were up to company standards and communicating with manufacturers to address issues/open claims 


Footwear Designer 

- Provided a new and fresh mindset to the team, utilizing tools such as the Adobe Suite and SolidWorks to render new concepts and bring ideas to life 
- Demonstrated awareness and knowledge of current trends and for innovative designs techniques using mold making, thermoplastics, silicones, machining, milling, and painting
- Collaborated with cross functional teams to complete assignments across all stages of the design lifecycle leading up to production; with emphasis on conceptualization and prototyping 
- Attended weekly product and status update meetings
