Elizabeth Hurd

My name is Elizabeth Hurd and I am a left-handed, sticky note addict who focuses on enhancing client satisfaction and empowering employees. I excel in a fast-paced environment; with first-rate leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Graduating from California State University Chico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business has given me a strong foundation of transferable skills, which I have since honed and sharpened with real world experience.

Currently, I am the Operations Manager for Quantgene Inc., a pioneer in the liquid biopsy field. As the operations manager I’ve helped onboard new hires, transition 1099 contractors to employees, manage all accounts payable, implement policies & procedures, and establish employee benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401k and supplemental benefits.

In my current and previous roles, I have gained extensive client management experience, training and implementation skills, human resources experience as well as developed efficient administrative processes.

I reside in the Long Beach and I am seeking an opportunity that allows me to grow with a company and make a positive impact in my community. I am passionate about helping people and as an employee would be invested in the success and growth of the company.
