With several years of experience in the event industry, my goal continues to be striving for innovative design and
outstanding logistical service. My mission is to provide a fresh and creative approach to the event planning process, coupled
with highly detailed and personalized service - exceeding expectations. Through my career, I have built a reputation for
putting clients at ease by maintaining composure in stressful situations as well as providing clear, polite, and positive
communication. I have a passion for all things design and seek to gain professional experience in a creative environment
where I can put my best strengths into practice.

-Coordinate and manage events for high profile 600 person Architecture firm in downtown Los Angeles. -Rent out event space to outside organizations and assist with event needs.  -Maintain master schedule of meetings, appointments, and office events. Provide administrative assistance to Office Leaders and Studio Coordinators. -Trained and manage Catering & Events assistant on office procedures and professional growth. -Keep track of Budgets and invoices and work with accounting department to ensure accounts are paid on time. -?Coordinate with Vendors and clients to ensure success?. 

-Handled daily office tasks needed for clients and the studios of a high paced visual effects studio .  -Went on daily runs throughout the city ensuring files and materials were delivered at the time they were requested.  -Assisted with various aspects of projects as needed by artists and producers.
