Over the past two decades, I've gained experience in just about every facet of the bicycle industry: Service and Store Management, Outside Sales and Inside Sales and Operations. I believe there is a significant gap in understanding and communication between the retail level and their wholesale partners - particularly between the small to mid-size retailers and mid to large size companies in the industry. This gap is exacerbated by the global shift in retail and customer shopping behaviors. My goal is to use my education and experience on both sides of the aisle to bridge that gap with development of products, brands and marketing strategies that allow both parties to thrive.
