As the Principal Product Manager of Private Label Bikes, I lead a team that was responsible for an in-house brand of bicycles - from ideation through commercialization. I lead the design direction and strategy for the brand in partnership with the Consumer Insights team. This was a roughly $30 million dollar business and accounted for roughly half of all the bicycles sold through REI. Additionally, I was responsible for the profitability of the brand and grew this metric in excess of 15% during my tenure.

In this position, I was responsible for the demand management, replenishment strategies, profitability and turn for the Cycle Specialty Shop. I managed the forecasting and procurement of bicycles and cycling-related hardgoods for 100+ stores. During my tenure in this position, the annual turnover grew close to 20%
