Duties included entering acknowledgement information from vendors into purchase orders in SalesForce Lightning Edition. Also attached acknowledgements and packing slips onto the purchase orders, and performed other tasks such as invoicing as needed.

Temporary Associate Purchasing Clerk

Interfaced with vendors, property managers and building owners regarding the review and approval of fiber-optic delivery site plans and contracts. Collaborated with in-house engineers, project managers and legal counsel during the editing of the contracts.
•	Completed over 200 contracts in my first full year as a Contract Administrator
•	Developed a spreadsheet which allowed me to see how long it’s been since I’ve contacted a property manager and ranked contracts based on potential revenue and length of time
•	Worked to patch up the relationship between project managers/engineers and our department which resulted in contract taking less time to be fully executed.


Contract Administrator

Audited accounts with carriers such as CenturyLink, Frontier & AT&T which included prompt payment of invoices, disputing charges and account cleanup as needed. Also was the main contact for carriers and fellow staff in regards to tax exemptions.
•	Caught a double-billing dispute which saved the company over $750,000
•	Made a spreadsheet of tax exemption questions and answers for the rest of our team…as a result more disputes were correctly filed and won.
•	Reorganized our archived invoices at our warehouse which allowed us to research quicker and free up time for invoice processing.


Network Cost Analyst

Created, invoiced and paid purchase orders in the Vanguard system. Also placed orders as needed and was responsible for ordering Pepsi products weekly for a 20,000 member athletic club. Also shipped and filled in ordering beer/spirits for the club’s three restaurants needed.
•	Changed the “pars” for the restaurants in relation to Pepsi products which saved us money, time ordering and kept the restaurants from running out of product.
•	Organized our office supply stock for ease of use for ourselves and other employees
•	Met with other departments to help define what our department’s role is.
