Singular staff member in the food services role for Young Life's Adventures Wild Ridge for the 2018 season. Responsible for relocation to basecamp in Summersville, WV where fulfilling the role of meal planning, prepping, and serving for groups from 15 to 50 people for six day camping weeks. Role includes food ordering, menu updating, specialized menu for dietary restrictions, food storage organization, ServSafe Kitchen Management Certification, food prep, and meal execution/serving on basecamp location at wood grill or coal grill on the Gauley River. Tool and kitchen management including four guide interns as part-time kitchen staff, basecamp dry storage and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards for all outdoor cooking cast-irons and dishes. Additional responsibilities include personal company credit card, Concur reports, basecamp errand runner, and administrative assistant to Camp Manager.

Food Services Intern

Tretorn RTW intern: Carried out tech packs, sample production, trim sourcing, local factory communication and hand-offs, line sheet, technical flats, seasonal display room organization, and PLM development

Design Intern

Design Intern under cross-functional senior designer assisting teams including women's accessories, youth accessories, and socks+knits. Contributed to trend research, developing merchandise pages and tech packs, organizing and updating linesheets and presentations, attending textile technology meetings, daily meetings with developers, color ideation for youth accessory SKUs and testing samples with youth test groups.
