I am  an  Action  Sport and  Outdoor passionate with 10  years  of  experience developing   US    based   brands   in   Latin   America. As a team leader and trusted advisor, I have developed skills at collaborating  cross-functionally with  HQ, distributors, licensees and manufacturers
For the past 5 years I focused my job as a business development leader; launching, managing and scaling brands for the region, that experience gave me the  ability to drive healthy growth and profitability
Having a strong knowledge of the region lets me streamline business operations and approach solutions with a creative mindset and at the same time, being marketing oriented, gives me the capacity to keep brand message  globally aligned…¨



•	LatAm Business Development. We develop from scratch the Go to Market strategy, maximize actual business and help get control of the region increasing profitability.
•	Research work: interview potential distributors per Market/Country, create business plans and suggest the best fit partner
•	Help to define Distributor Contract Negotiations
•	Ensure proper product mix and assortment, streamline operations, supervise execution of yearly and seasonal marketing plans and resolve conflict among distributors.
•	Drive revenue targets by category and ensure that distributors have the tools to achieve them (product, training, marketing, etc.) 
•	Manage strategic choices and initiatives that will drive achievement of short and long-term goals
•	Manage country specific needs: visit each market to assess current status, maintain performance levels and identify areas for improvement.
•	Collaborate cross functionally with HQ, distributors, licensees and manufacturers.


 


REEF and SUPRA:
• P&L owner for the brands in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.
• Manage and coordinate Product, Sales and Marketing areas. Budgeting, forecasting, strategy and GTM
• Maintain global alignment, develop and increase new product categories, define sales strategies (wholesale and retail/e com).
• Digital Retail Transformation: E Commerce start up and development. Social media strategy (AdWords, IG, FB, E-Mail Marketing, Google Analytics)
• Participate in sales meetings at HQ, discuss product lines for the region.
• Work with marketing manager and define strategy for the year, budget assignment and execution.
• Work with operations (sourcing, storage, delivery), impo trading process, finance area (P&L, Cashflow, budgets), E Commerce third party (strategy, pricing, assortment, KPI's)

BRIXTON:
• Contract negotiation (terms, pricing, type of agreement, etc);
• Launch and develop the brand in Argentina. Define key players. GTM strategy.
• P&L owner for the brand
• Responsible of buying the key products for the start
• Work with marketing manager and define strategy for the year, budget assignment and execution.
• Work with the impo team and define marketing budget and execution. Participate in sales meetings at HQ.
