An internationally experienced, tertiary qualified brand and product manager with extensive experience in product development, and brand building strategy and execution. Effectively fostering and overseeing cross-departmental collaboration, strategy development and go-to-market strategy execution and implementation. •	Sourcing: Highly experienced in sourcing new vendors throughout Asia, particularly in China. Ability to set up new Asian suppliers from scratch with detailed product specifications. Extensive experience in negotiating pricing, MOQ’s and payment terms. 
•	Logistics: A thorough understanding and extensive experience in the management of global logistics, particularly with export from China, importing to global ports.
•	Production: Extensive experience in production management, with clear foresight to potential pitfalls and pending production delays, giving the ability to minimise production delays and vendor risks.  


•	Responsible for the global success of the Creatures of Leisure brand through the management of the brand’s Product Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, Team and Global Sales & Marketing functions.
•	Direction of global strategies that combine areas of product design, merchandising, athlete and ambassador profiles, sales and marketing in a cohesive fashion.
•	International field trips in our core markets establishing, developing and fostering relationships with global key accounts, distributors and international sales teams in an educational environment.
•	Frequent factory visits to suppliers throughout Asia to ensure quality standards are met, tech-packs and specifications are understood and to negotiate FOB Pricing and payment terms 
•	Direction of global product development, sourcing and logistics strategies to ensure on-time production of quality product that is in line with global needs and minimizes risk.
•	Responsible for delivering annual Vendor Risk Management reporting.  
•	Development of the annual and multi-year global product line plan that is measurable in terms of number and efficiency of each SKU.
•	Accountable for driving innovation ensuring Creatures of Leisure maintains its competitive edge in the global market.
•	Management of the brands Athlete/Ambassador program improving engagement, closer ties and better leveraging these assets.


Global Head of Product and Brand

•	Accountable for monitoring of product development strategies to ensure that they are meeting the immediate and long-term needs of the organisation. 
•	Extensive experience in developing and presenting brand and marketing strategies, milestones and gateway reviews, go-to-market strategies and seasonal product release presentations to global stakeholders in the USA, Japan, Indonesia and Australia and New Zealand
