Developed vision, strategy, and implementation for repositioning traditional irrigation company to an irrigation water management consulting practice focused on sustainability. Led all marketing efforts including PR and social media strategy, thought leadership content, and website design. Also developed national/regional partnerships, industry/manufacturer relationships, and sales strategy.
•	Established company as an industry leader and doubled 2017 revenue by April 2018.
•	Secured contract for largest current irrigation project in Texas (largest HOA in North Texas).
•	Created proprietary measurement tool for landscape viability and irrigation efficiency.
•	Expanded customer base to include high-end residential/estate communities, commercial real estate companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), multi-family and mixed-use developments, municipalities, and large multi-campus corporations. 


Principal, Director of Strategy & Development

Developed and evolved positioning and branding strategy for a well-established exhibit and events company in order to shift customer base from associations to more lucrative corporate clients. Relaunched business as a more customer-centric solution with an in-house agency, marketing leadership, and innovative performance-based pricing model.  
•	Increased total revenue by 30% across all business channels over 24 months.
•	Positioned internal agency as a top resource for capital campaigns at tier-one universities. 
•	Established new business development strategy and brand story for highly targeted outbound sales.

Vice President, Strategy & Development

Partnered with sports industry experts to concept, model, and launch exclusive electronic news service that distributed over 600,000 “opt-in” emails/day. Developed brand positioning strategy and managed all traditional and digital marketing, advertising, and digital ad sales efforts. Created mobile and video streaming platforms to generate incremental streams of revenue.
•	Raised over $1.5M in investment capital and contributed to raising over $1M in additional funds.
•	Secured long-term, exclusive contracts with major collegiate sports multimedia rights holders including Learfield Sports, ISP Sports Network, CBS College Sports, and Neulion/JumpTV.
•	Assembled editorial staff and resources across the nation to launch Official Sports Report for 16 major university athletic programs, with exclusive rights to over 100+ additional programs.
•	Directed various internal and external resources to develop and launch custom CMS web site that drove almost all company operations and was critical to long-term exit strategies.


Partner, Director of Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

Responsible for solely generating over $500K in agency billings over 10-month period during down economy. Contributed to new business development efforts that generated over $1.5M in agency billings. Worked with agency partners to streamline workflow, internal processes, and billing/accounting procedures to maximize profitability, while identifying the optimum balance between traditional retainer/project-based work and equity positioning.
•	Reduced agency operating expenses by 40%, while increasing revenues by 25%.
•	Launched the first ever hyper-local TV station on the web and co-founded four digitally-driven businesses.
•	Identified and secured exclusive partnerships with larger national digital agencies for referral projects.


Vice President, Marketing & Business Development

Hired to turn around a vital long-term agency relationship with Johnson Controls (York HVAC). Met with corporate, distribution, and dealer leadership nationwide, and successfully restored client confidence and retained agency-of-record status.
•	Restructured York (HVAC) co-marketing program to be more dealer-centric and budget sensitive, while retaining overall media spending ($6M) levels through agency. Presented program via national roadshow to educate and pitch dealers and distributors.
•	Developed national and regional media plans (broadcast, cable, radio, print, and online) that met criteria of York branding strategy and sales goals of individual York distributors and dealers.


Account Director

Directed account service group while managing general agency operations, planning/forecasting, and most new business activity.
•	Increased Hyatt Regency account from single Regency property to multiple Regency and Resort accounts.
•	Developed new brand strategy for Dallas Market Center’s new apparel market venue, FashionCenterDallas, and created and implemented marketing plans for launch. Market attendance doubled in the first year, and campaign was named one of the world’s best, most effective rebrands in the 100 Global Awards.
•	Over seven-year client service tenure, no accounts were lost due to agency or product performance.
