Assistant Buyer & Inventory Analyst

I provide analytical, operational, and clerical support to the buying team for 26 brands on Amazon’s 3rd party platform. I am well-versed in Amazon Seller Central, preparing and reporting on orders, analyzing sales figures and trends to anticipate future product needs, communicating effectively with key suppliers, and managing the purchasing and logistics process from order modification to invoice payment.

I performed daily cash office functions and maintained cash office standards. I ensured the accurate and timely coordination of all daily transactions, reconciled registers daily, generated daily bank deposits, educated staff on ways to reduce payment fraud, and located and advised management of discrepancy sources.

Banker & Cashier

I managed and help successfully execute the competitive proposal efforts in response to RFP/RFQs for the Anaheim office. I facilitated story boarding sessions, managed multi-discipline proposal teams including internal personnel and sub-consultants, provided technical editing and quality control for all deliverables, created technical graphics (base maps, lane geometry, infographics, and cover art) in CorelDraw, ensured compliance to RFP/RFQ requirements, and built and regularly refreshed the Anaheim office’s stylized proposal templates in InDesign.

Proposal Coordinator & Office Administrator

I acted as an extension of the store management team, taking on a leadership role as the manager-on-duty to ensure the execution of daily tasks to meet store goals. I addressed customer service issues to maintain customer satisfaction, ensured proper POS coverage and support, coordinated breaks for all associates, maintained the organization, cleanliness, and merchandising of the queue. I provided detailed training to all associates on personalizing the customer service experience to each guest, promoting credit card products, and recognizing fraud while providing continuous feedback and recognition to associates.
