I manage candidates through the entire interview and hiring processes, from assessing candidate qualifications for current open positions, negotiating offers, and initiating onboarding for a new hire. I consistently deliver high-quality strategies, documents, candidates' profiles, and monthly updates in compliance with established service levels.
