? Orchestrated and managed over 2000+ mobile operations with zero operations issues, despite dozens of FDA, AABB and OSHA unannounced inspections; not a single write-up during tenure (a single write-up costs the ARC $5k-$30k)
? Spearheaded a focus group initiative to foster employee retention and worked closely with project managers to determine the reason for the high turnover rate; delivered a final report to a senior management team
? Built and led a staff of 15-17. Included hiring, mentoring, employee reviews, and termination as necessary.

Completed all required reading and training, and accurately audited DOT paperwork against established protocols. Promoted to Production Supervisor based on performance.
