-Built awareness through influencer programs, content creation, SEO/SEM, display and OTT video advertising, ensuring campaigns are exceeding industry benchmarks and established KPIs. Prepared monthly campaign reports and presented them to the company and stakeholders. 
-Managed a $6.5M annual A&P budget, optimizing spend based on collective brand-building goals.
-Main point of contact for all of Morinaga’s agency partners. Ensured agencies met or exceeded goals on time, within budget, and delivered results based on set KPIs.
-Worked synergistically with the sales team by planning and coordinating trade shows as well as executing retailer-specific material requests and promotions.
-Managed partnership negotiation and execution with partners such as Six Flags, Menchie's, St. Louis Cardinals, Tampa Bay Rays, Chicago Cubs, Anaheim Ducks, The Color Run, Chuck E. Cheese, Barnes & Noble College, and more. 
-Implemented a new customer service software program called Zendesk to improve efficiencies and respond to an increased volume of inquiries. Managed high-level complaints with regulatory teams and advised on improvements with customer relations team members

Built and executed digital marketing strategies for a newly-launched SaaS software designed to help Amazon sellers manage their business. Worked along side a digital marketing agency partner and software development team to strategically raise awareness within the Amazon selling community. 
-Developed brand marketing strategies for a just-launched Amazon seller tool from the creators of Hello Profit, by targeting a niche industry audience of eCommerce professionals.
-Managed long-term partnership strategies, performed outreach, and maintained relationships with influencers and affiliates.
-Developed social media and email strategies from the ground up including creating social media and email content, building email series and content calendars, and managing community engagement. 
-Coordinated guest features, spoke on the brand’s behalf in video and podcast interviews, and authored software reviews, monthly newsletters, and blog articles.

Marketing Coordinator 

Provided marketing and communication services for luxury casual wear label Frank & Eileen's brand extension, Grayson. Worked with the brand marketing team to implement marketing programs and conduct market research in order to support brand development goals. 
-Executed marketing efforts by authoring press pitches and strategizing email and social media campaigns to reach an audience of females, mothers, and entrepreneurs. 
-Project lead for the brand’s affiliate marketing program from launch to maintenance using Rakuten, building a network of affiliate partners and influencers. 
-Supported the execution of events by strategizing run of show, maintaining budgets, and shipping showroom materials.
-Performed market research on topics such as SMS marketing and sustainable packaging. 
-Supported marketing campaigns such as the brand’s We Are Superpowerful campaign and I Am A Voter collaboration.
