Community Impact Retail Lead/ Community Outreach Coordinator

Establish and sustain local & corporate non -profit partners. Collaborate with organizations to fundraise and drive new campaigns. Promote and participate in volunteering. Well versed in store operations including point-of-sales (POS) system, Logistics (Shipping, Store Fulfillment, Transfers, & Will Call), Opening & Closing Duties, Sales (Snowboard, Skate, Bike mechanic, Wake, & Soft Goods), Merchandising, and Service Shop.  Partner with management to provide sales training to new evo team members by being a very visible and approachable presence on the sales floor, answering their questions, and recommending actions to team members to maintain the store’s brand.  Have consistently role-modeled evo’s Great 8 Core Values especially Evolucion, Credibility & Balanced Ambition.
