Sarah Dib


I thrive on connecting with people and providing above-and-beyond customer service, and have taken on a variety of sales roles over the past twelve years: primarily, in the travel industry and in the realm of study abroad. A semester in Prague in college, and a subsequent backpacking adventure around South America, fueled my desire to explore new cultures, learn new languages, and push my personal boundaries. Over the last ten years, I have thoroughly enjoyed facilitating similarly transformative experiences for others – wealthy retirees and intrepid high school students alike.

Among my successes as a sales professional, I exceeded my CIEE sales goal by 16% in 2018, and in two of my roles at GeoEx, including a part-time position, I was on pace for $1 million annually in personal travel bookings.

My ability to work autonomously and as part of a greater team is evidenced by the fact that I have assumed a few remote positions since 2014, while embracing the art of digital communication. In my current role, I started a weekly Skype chat with my colleagues - to foster camaraderie and problem solving - and have also helped teammates to get the most out of CRM platforms.

I am empathetic, driven to succeed, and exceptionally organized. I am also eager to adopt new technologies, I often question the status quo to improve both customer service and internal systems, and I speak conversational Spanish.
