Over 10 years of experience in the apparel industry as both a customer advocate and as a technical developer and fit engineer. I am passionate about technology and how it will continue to impact and drive innovation in the apparel sector.

• Collaborates cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising and Product Development to control fit through production for 2020 styles and develop all aspects of technical design and fit for Nike Girls styles.
• Executes Optitex patternmaking and 3D prototyping for all Girls styles for 2021.
• Supports Men's and Boys' team as Optitex patternmaker and 3D prototype developer.

Lead Technical Designer

• Owned technical design and fit across all Men's, Women's and Youth apparel & accessories categories including digital Optitex assets.
• Collaborated with key partners (Design, Product Management and Merchandising) to develop fit for private label apparel brands.
• Managed development sampling calendar in conjunction with our Ningbo team and vendors to meet deadlines.
• Supported the hardlines team as equipment designer for the youth market - specifically with textile prints and graphic design.

• Worked with cross-functional teams on the commercialization of product across Men's, Women's & Youth Outerwear.
• Developed tech packs, technical sketches, BOM management, consistently communicated development progress with Liaison Officers and aided Design team with technical and fabrication research as needed.
• Trained on BROWZWEAR/Lotta software for 3D development.

Technical Specialist

• Co-created and managed the development of the technical design and product development processes related to sourcing solutions for upcycled and waste elimination supply chains.
• Conceptualized and executed processes for reduced waste manufacturing and sustainable/reliable costing practices for alternative manufacturing and retail systems.
