Global expansion into the greater China Territory, providing a 5 year business plan and a network of China Joint Venture partners.

President and General manager, responsible for restructuring and stabilizing an overseas subsidiary following the Great 2011 earthquake and Tsunami of Japan. Sent as an executive expat overseas to help stabilize and redirect a strategic plan of recovery and growth for a subsidiary with declining revenue and profitability. Overall P&L management and budget responsibilities. Attributing to 20% growth in revenues, 24% reduction in expenses and transforming a business subsidiary in red to 8%-12% profitable EBITDA. Implemented a 5 year plan of action in restructured Wholesale Distribution, Segmentation, revitalized brand Equity while setting up new retail operations of 9 branded stores and e-commerce platform. As Global head of culture, Tasked with the formulation and execution of Brand development and growth in Global metropolitan cities ( Paris, London, New York, Los Angeles and Seoul) through Digital, Retail, product, marketing and networking strategies.  Reporting directly to the Global CEO.


President of Volcom Japan /Global Head of Culture

Hired by the founder and executive team, as a managing director tasked to establish a Global Distribution Strategy and Network for Asia, Latin America and New emerging Territories. Turned what was initially a 100k wholesale revenue entity with no staff support to what is currently driving over 40M+ of revenue as a global brand leader with over 20+ branded retail doors and 20+ global partners worldwide. Building and leading a team of inhouse support staff and a network of global partners in Asia, Latin America and New Emerging territories.
