I am a management professional with experience in marketing, recruiting, employee development, retail, outside sales, and operations. I support insurance agents in Virginia and Maryland to help them optimize their marketing systems and grow their agencies. I am an  active cyclist and former bike shop manager looking to return to the outdoor industry. 

Agency Development Marketing Specialist 07/13 – Present
Grew agent footprint in four states through new agency expansion and continuation planning for retiring agents. Created timelines and trained District Managers on processes for all New Agent Entry Points. Trained DMs and staff on recruiting and the creation of Business Plans. Reviewed candidate submissions, coached candidates, and created approval documents. Developed programs to enhance Regional application of Market Development, Underwriting, and Productivity initiatives. Trained agents in the field on the use and implementation of Farmers marketing tools.

MTB LoCo is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to bringing Mountain Biking to Loudoun County, Virginia. Our organization focuses on promoting the sport of Mountain Biking, trail access and advocacy, cycling related social events and building a strong local MTB community in Loudoun.
