Pursuing a career in the fashion industry has been a lifelong interest of mine. There are people who go through life not knowing what they want to do, whereas my career ambitions have not wavered. It is not difficult for me to maintain high levels of energy and motivation. This is indicative to the enthusiasm and consistency in work ethic that I will demonstrate in the workplace. I have been working hard towards my goal to obtain a job that is akin to apparel buying, e-commerce, wholesale, event planning, public relations, content creation, branding, social media, and/or marketing.

- A sample coordinator is the first point of contact when retrieving samples, which means that it is highly important that each item is checked-in accurately and moved through the pipeline swiftly so that items are posted on the website for e-commerce sales. 
- Oversaw samples for the online team and helped ensure that all items moved smoothly through the photography pipeline. 
- Other tasks included communicating with the distribution centers to reorder samples, organizing samples in sample closets, onboarding new hires, assist with photography reports, and working with cross functional teams to source samples.

- Provided customers with "WOW" customer service via phone and email.
- Resolved issues with the company values in mind while coming up with creative solutions on the fly in order to satisfy the customer's needs.
- Navigated through multiple systems and data bases that explored the back end of Kendra Scott's inventory, e-commerce, and retail operations.

- Assisted in production which included dye house processes, digital illustrations, Adobe Illustrator C.A.D. work, as well as created a deck and prepped samples to send out to the buyers.

- Learned how to adapt to the British work environment and conducted myself in a professional manner.
- Worked heavily with Microsoft Office tools and Google suite in order to generate marketing research, create presentations, aid in inventory processes, and to develop charts for product information. 
- Developed a deep appreciation for sustainable practices and ethical values.

Wholesale Operations Internship

- Executed self-sufficient leadership skills because I was responsible for the boutique when working my shift. 
- Challenged to meet daily sales goals and was able to form close relationships with customers in the process. 
- Merchandised product, managed window displays, coordinated photoshoots, created email blasts, worked with influencers and models to create content, styled outfits for customers, inputted new product on e-commerce website, communicated with vendors, and traveled for buying trips.

I am a seasonal employee for UBM (under another company called Informa) who is in charge of producing the MAGIC fashion trade show. I also worked the February 2020 show.

- Worked with multiple brands to dress and style models for photoshoots and social media.
