• Elected to maintain and organize team operations. Collaborated with the University of Cincinnati and CWPA to execute our team mission and host UC’s first ever national qualifier tournament.

I completed a structured sales training program to develop my skills and gain the experience needed to transition into an outside sales role. During this time, I worked closely with branch-operating staff to establish new rental and sales accounts in the highly competitive northern Ohio market.

My approach involved a combination of training with phone calls and in-person visits to potential and existing customers. Through these interactions, I was able to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and build trust and credibility in the market.
