Marketplaces managed include Amazon, Google, Overstock, Walmart, and Ebay. Replied to customer inquiries via Gorgias-Shopify being linked.  A2000, used to create sales orders, view available inventory, create RMA’s & Invoice. Shipstation used for domestic shipping and returning(UPS/USPS). Acsendia used for international shipments. Warehouse onsite. CREEPERS!

E-comm support/return tech (holiday hire)

Domestic flight-suit and uniform manufacturer. Oversaw and was on the line for each sales order being correctly created, cut, sewn, quality controlled and fulfilled. Fast paced assembly-line environment. 

Pattern Maker

Between Market and G St., on 9th Ave. Bustling bridal atelier. Fit, pin, rip, sew, press-repeat. Strong relationship building setting. Clean and correct crafting is everything. Mentored by Sandra Dorsey.

Help merchandise brand new store with corporate team, Carmel Valley location.

Under the direction of a sales manager and creative director, managed 300 domestic wholesale accounts. Wholesale/Resale at this time was rapidly changing from brick-and-mortar to everything Amazon.
