Mike Pleiss

I have over a decade of experience as a creative individual with proven success as a graphic designer. I get excited every day working in the outdoor industry, leading the aesthetic design for key projects from concept to completion.

I am responsible for designing advertisements, catalogs, packaging, and marketing collateral for the industry’s leading water sports and snow sports outfitters, Airhead and Yukon Charlies. I have experience leading a team of designers, developing and applying marketing strategies and managing social media channels. I also have extensive experience creating artwork that drives and supports all aspects of the product life cycle. I consistently work on multiple detailed projects from brainstorming to final prepress preparation. I am highly organized and have strong communication skills, which I use to plan and coordinate initiatives with cross-functional teams.
