Hello!

I've spent the last few years developing experience in the outdoor/bicycle industry and am an outgoing, consumer oriented professional.

I currently specialize in Sales Advisory, where accuracy of information and interpersonal skills are of the utmost importance. Communication and product knowledge are strong suits for me and I am effective at using my skills to keep customers informed and satisfied with the products we offer at Mike's Bikes. I am also finishing up my Bachelor's Degree at UC Berkeley with the goal to utilize the skills I have obtained in research, critical analysis, and creative problem solving to further aid the contributions I hope to make to the outdoor sports industry.
