I have been in the warehouse and supply chain game for long time. I have worked from an entry level position and became a supervisor in one company then moving on into planning and eventually becoming a warehouse manager for a startup company. I have traveled in the last two years and implemented trainings and process through 3 different warehouses. I have also managed 325,000 sq ft. coached and mentor over 10 different exempt employees and help mentor leads and full time employees to move up in the companies. I have negotiated contracts with vendors on different packaging materials, cleaning supplies and tenant improvements. I have learned over 4 different WMS; SAP, JD Edwards, Red Prairie, and a home grown WMS for the start up company. I have been forklift certified and been to train the trainer courses. I graduated with a Business Admin degree with a major in Supply chain management. I have built metrics and gather data to prove results. I have give presentations built excel pivot tables to show trends and patterns in orders. I have worked in order fulfillment companies for eCommerce and have met metrics less than a 1% percent missed on time shipping consistently. I have followed and built KPIs for warehouses and mentor coached and used lean tools to make improvements.
