Franchise Support Representative supporting up to #50 locations nationwide at any time, specializing in newly signed franchisees; overseeing final construction and guiding them through the entire start up process by assisting with first year goals, training, overall store operations, systems, software, HR management, staffing/training, and inventory requirements (applicable to system wide and city specific demographics). Additionally, supporting existing stores, intervention and individualized business plan implementation when supporting under-performing and/or mismanaged stores, & accelerated assistance for transfer stores under new ownership.
Travel three + weeks each month supporting new franchisees and seasoned operators from the corporate office, on site, or remotely when I am in the field via reports analysis, ongoing monitoring of overall health and profitability to provide feedback and action plans which are communicated weekly/monthly via screen connect, phone calls, emails, text messages, triage calls and continual follow-up, which is managed through a CRM.
