Performed Controller duties, including but not limited to, AP/AR, weekly payroll, tax
reporting, account reconciliation, month end close, financial reports, WIP, cost to complete, billings and budgeting.
•   Obtained HR Generalist certification to facilitate human resource needs within the company.

•   Work with project managers and estimators for monthly SOVs, cost to complete and WIP
to ensure billings were done properly.

Prepared construction general contracts and change orders for terms and conditions
accuracy.
•   Prepared bid packages including scope of work to be sent to subcontractors. Assisted
project manager in the review and validation of bids received.
•   Monitored certificates of insurance to assure all contractors were in compliance with Company's insurance requirements.
•   Created sub contracts.
•   Responsible for transmittals, submittals, RFI's and RFP's.
•   Designed and implemented approval system for submittals to improve approval turn
around.
•   Completed take-off and ordered materials based upon blueprints.

inventory management, sales, marketing, staffing and training.
