Key Role and Duties:
• Managing all stages of the project life cycle: Planning/Testing/Implementation and Closure.
• Managing relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different regions/locations.
• Post-deployment follow-ups such as metrics reporting, tracking and troubleshooting.
• Preparing project plan and project related documents and procedures.
• Following global standards and procedures & attending global meetings with service managers.
• Providing firm-wide operational services.
• Drafting and coordinate distribution of written End User Communications.
• Participated in implementation of various ITIL processes to improve service delivery e.g. Security Configuration (OS + Application), Change Management, Incident Management etc., proper documentation and configuration information with ITIL Guidelines related to Incidents occurred.
• Maintain Security Standards on all projects and ensure that the same has been implemented on all new projects.
• Using ITSM application (Service Now & BMC Remedy) for submitting the deployments tickets, and generating reports.
• Provide Status Reporting of team activities against the program plan and schedule.
• Create Inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Listen to team member's feedback and resolve any conflicts.
• Manage the flow of day-to day operation. Delegate's tasks and set deadlines.
• Maintain an inventory of asset across the group.
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary across group.
• Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software.

• Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.
• Maintain an inventory of asset across the group.
• Control operational budget and expenditures.
• Manage backup, security and user help systems.

IT Manager/System Administrator

Key Role& Duties:
• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
• Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service.
