As a Product Manager, Ben has redesigned websites with over 20 million users, created prototypes for diagnosing data coverage issues, and built automated Twitter notifications for device launches. As an Agile Consultant, he has helped teams improve their product development processes, even doubling their delivery predictability.

Ben holds a BA in Management Information Systems from Washington State University and an MBA from Seattle University. He also has several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner and Professional Scrum Master.

Built an automated method for consumers to register for device launch notifications via Twitter.

Created a mobile application prototype to diagnose and troubleshoot data coverage issues—the engine of which was implemented  as an internal rep tool.
