Examples of achieving results:

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT – Leveraged Business Intelligence software and creation of standardized excel templates to provide detailed analytics, streamline prescription processing, pharmacy workflows, reimbursement and reporting. Reduced month end close time required at California Specialty Pharmacy by 10 days and Kaiser Permanente by 2 days.

FORECASTING – Created and implemented Kaiser Permanente NorCal & SoCal monthly and strategic long-term forecasting models, providing executive and operational management with trended, forecasted and operational data in financial and graphic formats. Forecasts were historically within 1% accuracy to actual results.

COST REDUCTION – Audited standard costing systems and processes, implementing new processes and costing structures resulting in reduction of standardized cost variances of 25% to less than 5% for Globe Shoes, and a 10% increase in gross profit for Craig Tools.
