I´m a CPA with 40 years of experiences, with very strong knowledge in administration, finance, treasury, accounting, cost accounting, internal & external audit, credit & collections, payroll, tax, labor and commerce laws & regulation (PTY & EC): wide experiences in several industries like: RETAIL, WHOLE SALES & DISTRIBUTIONS, BANKS, INSURANCES & REINSURANCES, CARS DEALERS, CAR RENTAL, AUTO SHOP, TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTIC, SHIPYARDS, FISHING BOAT, SAWMILLS, REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS, OIL (Sales & Distributions), POULTRY, FARM, MILK (powder milk, cheese, yogurt & ice cream), PASTA, MANUFACTURING (car batteries), TV BROADCASTING, etc.

I have been engaged in three Due Diligence, one buying a company (Pasta Manufacturing), and two selling a company (a Telecommunication’s Co.; and Shipyard Co.)

I have advance knowledge as user of PC; Windows, MS Office; I considered myself an Excel advance user. Also, knowledge of SAP BUSINESS ONE, PEACHTREE, JD EDWARDS & Others.
