Social Media & Marketing Manager

Graduated from University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts with a focus in Visual Arts and Design, I have begun my career working in a small interior design firm, ctm Remodel & Design Center, which focuses on residential remodels. I have established myself as a Social Media & Marketing Manager, while also creating all of the marketing materials used throughout the company. I am a creative, analytical and self motivated individual with expertise in art direction, creative liberty and collaboratively working between the two. 
I am process driven with strong problem solving skills and am a self-starter. I am driven to exceed goals and build long term relationships with potential customers and team members.

Responsible for taking on tasks appointed by interior designers, ranging from 20/20 Design cabinet layouts  to communicating with vendors and clients
Maintain all company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Houzz by regularly posting content and responding to new followers, comments, and inquiries
Constant monitoring and updating  of the company website through Squarespace which includes updating project pages and portfolios as well as checking for broken links and bugs
Regular use of Adobe products including Photoshop and Illustrator to edit photos and create marketing materials and graphics Maintain and update current metrics to track conversion rates and profit margins for each method of generating clientele, from advertisement respondents to walk-in leads

Responsible for receiving and processing shipments of new and sale merchandise
Coordinating displays of current and sale products within company guidelines for floor placement per company standard, within a designated time-frame
Maintain stockroom organization by consistently checking inventory of current display, sale, and/or clearance stock and replenishing items as needed
Assist store management in implementing store policies and procedures with floor and stockroom associates
Continually provide outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment

Work collaboratively with writers to establish art direction for artwork and graphics per individual piece
Independently managed a work schedule from home including submitting artwork and media documents within weekly deadlines for each individual article
