eSports Activation Coordinator

Manage event planning process and execution for various Magic Gaming events and NBA 2k League tournaments around Orlando
including, the 2k League Round Robin at Full Sail University and a Rivalry Matchup
• Manage planning process and execution for online Bud Light 2k Tournament Series
• Assist eSports Manager in executing various partnership deliverables
• Identify new on-brand potential team partners and source brand information and contacts
• Understand team portfolio offerings & inventory availability to guarantee best possible activation recommendations

performers, color guards, quarter break and timeout activities (sponsored and non-sponsored) and entertainment teams
•   Coordinated the development, logistics and execution of Fan Fest, Concourse and Theme Night entertainment and activation
•   Arranged the development and fulfillment of Fan Fest contracted partnership elements
•   Maintained and prepare all Fan Fest Maps, Fan Fest Scripts and Event Information Documents
•   Worked closely with multiple departments such as Corporate Partnerships, Group Sales, Content, Legal, among others to reach
common organizational goals
•   Shadowed other teams Game Presentation such as Tampa Bay Lightning, Orlando Solar Bears and Lakeland Magic

Live Entertainment Intern

• Directed a team of up to 30 activation members during Jr. Jays Sundays/Weekends, Friday Fan Festivals, Canada Day Weekend and other marketing events ensuring team members understand fan needs and deliver on expectations of superior fan experiences
• Oversaw a set up and tear down team of 12 staff members for all marketing events and concourse activation areas
• Tracked attendance of team members and assist with schedule creation
• Directed a team of 10-15 on field ceremonies staff for the successful execution of all pre game ceremonies
• Oversaw a team of up to 50 for concert floor seating chairs ensuring they are laid out in accordance with floor plan
• Acted as a promotional giveaway day driver transferring boxes to ensure each gate runs out simultaneously
• Interacted and provided exceptional customer service to fans during all Toronto Blue Jays home games and marketing events
• Monitored activation zones to ensure all fans, staff and talent have a safe and memorable experience
• Assisted with training and development for 55 new and returning team members

• Provided scorer's table services including scorekeeping, game clock and shot clock for all Ryerson Rams basketball games

•   Greeted and prepared pregame anthem buddies, choirs, youth basketball teams and halftime performers
•   Assisted with regular season, playoffs, NBA Finals and championship parade presentation
