Event consultant specialising in making unique, one of kind signature events happen in Hong Kong, usually on the mega-scale. Career progressed from simple logistics, manpower allocation to event procurement, planning, execution and compliance. Currently representing clients and events to convince local governments, lock-in stakeholder & sponsors on top of developing additional revenue streams for events in sync with both ATL & BTL efforts.
Technically competent across multiple fronts including AV & lighting, structural integrity, safety compliance & SOP, payment gateways, registration platforms, website design, digital marketing, CRM & CMS.
