HR Business Partner

Master in Strategic Human Resources Management with more than 10 years of experience as HR Business Partner. My goal is to continue professional improvement in an organization with high commitment, values and vision, capitalizing my skills in leadership positions within a transnational company.

I have solid experience in areas such as: Organizational Development, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Talent Acquisition and team work environment. -	 Lead actions in Diversity and Inclusion, being the champion in the country, increasing participation of employees in these initiatives by 30%.

-	Increase employee brand by 130% using Linkedin.
