Responsible for getting ISO27001 Certification in OnMobile Global & Servify

Successfully Implemented RBT solution for Vodafone account  in 13 circles in 2 Months time inspite of the complexity of integrating with 3 different Switch Vendors.

My proficiency also lies in strong influencing and team building skills and building consensus in the team and the organization. across India and International Location. Started as System Integration Engineer and then moved to Tech Support, Operations, 24X7 NOC, and multiple roles including QA, Delivery Management, Project and Program Management, Pre Sales technical, Technical Account management, Client Delivery
Management and Heading NOC for all customers and all products across all geographies. Was also
driving the Company newsletter and Team building activities.
