•	Responsible for definition of Service Delivery, Service
Operations process, tools and their implementation
•	Responsible for creating FIORI, HANA, SolMan Centre
of excellence in India
•	Tracking and reporting of Resources, Budget, status,
KPI's for all services
•	Contract negotiation, Vendor Management (Germany and India), Resource Planning & fulfilment
•	SLA Definition, Ownership and Management
