James Wardlaw

James is an engineering leader with 30 plus years experience delivering breakthrough results in new product development commercialization, innovation, product reliability, project management and engineering management. He has also worked in other areas of business, with four years in operations, four years in business development and five years consulting. In operations, James managed quality, lean, six sigma, and advanced manufacturing organizations, focused on continuous improvement initiatives. In business developed, he sold product design services, establishing and effectively managing key customer accounts. In consulting he has improved product development processes, managed projects and provide coaching and trading to clients. James has lived and worked both in the US and abroad, spending time in a leadership role in Europe, and starting up and remotely managing an engineering department in India. His background includes Ranger Boats, Syncroness, Ingersoll Rand(multiple positions and locations), Stanley, Hilti, TVA, and Eaton. James holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Memphis.
