• Handled civil & interior works TCS project In Kochi Info Park 0.65 million sfts of area for a corporate fit out. Cost the project is 63 core. L&T is the principle contractor & we are the ID contractors. The 1st phase we are handing over to the client by June end -2013, the second phase is handed overed by 30th Aprilr-2014.
• Handling civil & interior works JPMC project In Prestige Tech Park near outer ring road Maratha halli 188000 sft of area for a corporate fit out. Cost the project is 23crores. (Completed)
• Handled civil & interior works for TCS in Global axis project near ITPL 152000 sft for a corporate fit out, cost of the project is 18 cores.(Completed)

Regional Head

Charter of responsibilities included the following:

•  Handled independently civil & interior works in Bag mane Tech Park WTC-3	4 lakhs sft of area for a corporate fit out. Even I have services knowledge also.
•	Handled a commercial project of 23000sft on Marathalli ring road. With base building construction & interior works also.
• Handled high rise resdential building of 208 units in single tower, this building construction is done on base of wall tiles from work which is equivalent myvan constructions.
•	Was responsible for execution, customization, coordinating, planning, monitoring and maintenance of the Project (Apartment Complex with 175 units of 250000sft) costing 39crores. The Project is the biggest of its kind in that city and includes all amenities which a resident could aspire.1st& 2nd phase is completed.
• Successfully completed & hand over to clients off zephyr project @ sarjapur road. It was a 35 crores project with all amenities. It is a residential apartment
•	Completed and hand over to the client - G R A Tower project. It was a commercial	project off 12000 sft, were I handled even interior designing work also.
•	Designed for Micro Land - Interior design for their office expansion in Sarjapur road.
.  Completed a commercial & residential project in Hennur road with interior designing also. Was responsible for sale of 35 apartments in the Complex.

Ast.General Manager of S.N. Architect & Interiors

Responsibilities included the following:
• Independently handled the construction of residential complex at Sarjapur Road costing 350	crores from start to finish. With 1250 apartments.co-coordinating BDA people for OC & with fire department also.
• 10 towers with each tower varies from 1.2lacs--1.5lacs sft.
• Overall coordination with contractors, consultants, architects and clients.
• Customization with clients for changes.
• Marketing and sale of 40 apartments of the residential complex.

Project Manager

(Ltd).

• Independently handled the construction of apartments at Attibele and in Bomasandra industrial area.
• Coordination with all agencies involved in the construction activity and rendering essential advice on all issues.
• Monitoring the construction process.
• Marketing and sale of 20 apartments.
