paid and organic search, social media, and digital analytics for some of the largest brands in the
United States, with proven experience growing and leading marketing teams that have created

As a member of a very small marketing team, I managed an array of marketing activities focused on performance marketing, analytics, social media, and email. I worked with internal senior

SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER

I managed all owned communications for a nascent technology brand, including the consumer
research, production, and measurement of all communications efforts across email, CRM, social
media, website, customer outreach, creative, paid media, public relations, and sales.

?   Oversaw all owned channels - including the production of a new website and a comprehensive owned and earned media strategy, the production of original web,
photo, and video produced by independent contractors and creative and PR agencies.
?   Led the effort for creating engaging marketing communications for Motiv's sales teams,
giving them collateral to successfully engage retailers like Best Buy, Macy's, and Nordstrom.
?   Increased revenue generation from email marketing to more than $2,00,000 across a 12
month period, with an ROI of more than 1,000%, while implementing best practices for
GDPR compliance in the handling of consumer data and PII.

I helped drive the direction of a newly-established strategy team, working with the SVP of Strategy to manage a portfolio of strategy clients with their team leads and pursue new client
business.

?   Led a team in the design of a localized marketing solution for Brinker International
Restaurants across 1,600 worldwide locations to industry-leading success, resulted in triple digit lifts in foot traffic and a monthly ROI of 120%
?   Led a team in the design of a first of its kind measurement system for three América
Móvil brands to prove the profitability of their digital marketing investment, proving their
marketing investment in owned and earned media had an ROI of more than 200%.
?   Led a team of subject matter experts in the creation of a comprehensive content
marketing plan for Roku and GM Financial's lead generation and retention teams.

DIRECTOR, STRATEGY

I worked with the VP Content Marketing to found a new marketing practice focused on
integrating multiple marketing disciplines across media and creative agencies. Over 18 months,
helped grow the new team from one to six people and the client base by 500%, with one of the lowest operating margins in the agency.

?   Designed an integrated marketing program leveraging proprietary data and paid media
for Rustoleum. Utilized brand and user generated content across digital, traditional, and
retail channels, resulting in a 15% lift in retail sales that significantly contributed to the growth of yearly sales revenue to $1 billion. Received recognition from the Content
Marketing Institute for innovation in content marketing.
?   Served as digital strategy lead for U.S. Bank, overseeing a team of eight subject matter
experts across search, paid social, digital media, and digital analytics managing an
eight-figure marketing budget, a position I had held since 2012.
