- Give clear directions and instructions to both team members and stakeholders with regards
to external factors, to enable them carryout their duties effectively for project transfer from HQ and other branches to Vietnam factory.
- Create and implement project plan and execution in advanced to ensure well preparing prior
to actual actions.
- Maintain direct and open interaction with line managers to make sure all resources needed
for the project are available.
- Managing day to day tasking for 
- Providing technical support for Heater mats manufacturing processes in the form of data
- Ensure seamless and rapid technology transfers from HQ, RnD and suppliers through the review of upstream technology transfer protocols and participation on project development
teams.
