• Oversee 10,000 bicycle and aftermarket purchase order lines both domestically and internationally on a weekly basis responsible for $25M dollars in value.
• Manage size demand planning for complete bikes and frames.  Build supply plans to ensure we meet minimum order quantity's (MOQ), fill full containers, and spread cash flow.
• Participate in Sales and Operations Planning.  Work with sales, marketing, and product development to ensure we have the right bikes to hit our sales targets.
• Created a master product list to streamline overall supply chain operations by simplifying vendor information, pricing and margin data into one succinct revenue optimization model.
• Lead the end to end procurement process, including Request for Quotes (RFQs), business case analysis, and negotiation strategy.
• Develop and sustain relationships with domestic and international suppliers to support the negotiation process and maximize Rossignol's competitive advantage through best pricing.
• Perform in depth cost analysis by effectively tracking inventory levels and calculating reorder points given vendor lead times, MOQs, and order fees.
• Develop MS Excel and Business Objects (BO) reporting tools to track thousands of open purchase orders, improving supplier performance, accountability, and on time delivery.
• Ownership over domestic and international shipping of high value bikes and parts on a weekly basis which includes communicating with forwarders, customs broker, management of freight documentation, and letters of credits.

• Managed and tracked 100's of invoices weekly ensuring accurate pricing and product management, quality control and adherence to ongoing business performance metrics.
