Associate Brand Manager (American Crew Brand) USA & CANADA

• Assume responsibilities of Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager while positions were (are) vacant and report directly to the VP of Marketing.
• Create and manage the Marketing Promotional Calendar while working closely with sales and demand planning to create and forecast successful promotions in our retail channels.
• Run project management meetings to collaborate and partner with Sales, Education, Global Marketing and
Communications teams (including the loyalty program) to ensure successful launch activations across social and all other digital channels.
• Work closely with each team to develop pricing models including retail, salon and distributor pricing (maintain an average 70% profit margin) and drive overall brand advertising and awareness.
• Manage and track $1.25M annual budget, ensuring spend is prioritized against brand priorities and make sure
growth opportunities are met.
• Partner with procurement and creative services team on sourcing various POS marketing materials that align with brand strategy.
• Develop close working relationships with all Brand teams to deliver stronger portfolio strategies.
• Develop product expertise and a strong sense of market dynamics through training, market visits, present at sales/education/marketing meetings, and attend trade shows.
• Work closely with the Global Marketing team on all market research, product launches, and campaign execution.


Front Office Coordinator
• Maintain high standards of customer service during high volume, fast-paced operations while completing daily
tasks.
• Assist Executive Team with high priority needs that are often time sensitive and highly confidential.
• Support the Sales and Marketing Teams with key initiatives essential to the growth of several multi-million dollar
brands including Revlon Professional, American Crew and Creative Nail Design.
• Manage complicated product creation process from start to finish, necessary for all product placement, including
new launches with key distributors.
• Conduct competitive research for all brands for internal and external presentations.
• Project manage team efforts including influencer outreach, product inventory, and prep distributor and retail
displays.
• Support tradeshow team from planning to execution at Premiere Orlando, the largest national professional beauty
trade show.

• Received product and confirmed accuracy by matching up packing slips with purchase orders.
• Ensured prompt payment of invoices.
• Responsible for office closing duties including balancing the cash register.
