ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE

Job responsibilities:

• Contribute ideas for development of in-house software

• Day-to-day guide and train fellow associates

• Assist in peer review of associate's work

Outsourced Accounting
• Book-keeping (Full Set)
• Prepare financial statement, tax computation and XBRL
• Preparing monthly management report and GST report
• GST registration and deregistration

Payroll services
• Prepare monthly payroll report and CPF Submission
• Prepare and submit IR8A and IR21
• Payroll ad-hoc

Internal Accounting
• AP Function
• Prepare monthly staff claim and disbursement
• Assist in other finance/accounting duties

Job responsibilities:

Accounting
• Daily data entry work and filing of accounting record
• GL, AR and AP functions
• Handle bank transactions, maintaining bank records and monthly bank reconciliations
• Preparing monthly management report and GST report
• Assist in other finance/accounting duties

Administration
• Process purchase order, delivery order and invoice
• Prepare quotation for clients
• Liaise with vendors and customers on sales and administrative matters
